The St. Regis Mumbai

Lower Parel's 39-floor statement — Mumbai's tallest hotel and its most vertical luxury

T

Marriott International (St. Regis brand)

Founder · Est. 2015 · Lower Parel, Mumbai

The St. Regis Mumbai opened in 2015 as one of Mumbai's tallest buildings — 39 floors of hotel accommodation, dining, and event spaces rising above Lower Parel's transformed mill district. The hotel brought the St. Regis brand's ultra-luxury positioning to Mumbai: the butler service, the Sabering ritual, and the Astor family legacy that defines the brand globally.

The hotel's height gives it a perspective on Mumbai that most properties can only reference from a distance: views across the city to the Arabian Sea, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link visible from the upper floors, and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse spread below. The dining programme — Yuuka (Japanese), Seven Kitchens (all-day international), By the Mekong (Thai-Vietnamese) — each benefits from the elevation.

The St. Regis represents the entry of Marriott's ultra-luxury portfolio into Mumbai — a significant moment in the city's hospitality history, as it placed a global ultra-luxury brand alongside India's established domestic luxury properties.

We build high because Mumbai looks different from the 39th floor. The city reveals itself. The luxury is the perspective.

What Defines The St. Regis Mumbai

YuukaJapanese dining on the upper floors — sushi, robata, and sake with panoramic views.
Seven KitchensThe all-day restaurant with seven live cooking stations — international cuisine on the grand scale.
Butler ServiceThe St. Regis brand's signature — dedicated butler for every guest.
The Drawing RoomThe lobby lounge where the afternoon tea and the Sabering ritual are performed.
Race Course View SuitesUpper-floor suites overlooking the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

The Experience

The elevator journey to the upper floors is the transition: Mumbai's noise recedes, the elevation provides distance, and the lobby on the upper level is quiet and marbled. The views compress Mumbai into a panorama. The butler introduces himself. The St. Regis experience begins with the perspective that only height can provide.
